A set of six antique penny seat spindle back chairs in a rustic greying natural wood tone. This early 19th century design is so popular right now with its classic shape and versatility within all settings of the home. They are good and solid professionally stripped oak although each need some work around the joints where the stripping has cleaned out the wood glue. They are still very usable at the dining table if you don’t mind a wobble or two. They have been given a coat of clear wax although an extra coat would soften them up. It’s rare to find a set of six but we’re aware they are going to need some love which is reflected in the price.
